Among some information items that may be collected from you without limited to; official identifications, personal identification photographs, video recordings, full name, home and business address, gender, nationality and/or immigration status documentation, cell phone number, email, place and date of birth, marital status, tax ID or Federal Registry of Taxpayers (R.F.C.), Unique Population Registry Code (C.U.R.P.), Code of the Mexican Social Security Institute (I.M.S.S), Credits with the Institute of the National Fund for Workers' Housing (INFONAVIT), occupation or professional activity (current or above), degrees of study, and, where applicable, Professional Identification Number issued by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP), personal references, financial and economic information, family information, individual or family source of income, bank account information, credit score and history, among other of similar nature or directly relevant that may be used or applied for the purposes set forth herein.
These data may be used, among other purposes described in section (2) below, to evaluate and determine the services to be provided, analyze the quality of candidates to be hired, verify the identity of legal entities or persons, evaluate and qualify their creditworthiness and for statistical purposes, as well as to comply with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Illegal Proceeds.
Decker does not directly collect personal data of minors through forms, questionnaires, or through its website or any other means. We also inform you that Decker does not collect sensitive data for processing. For purposes of providing third party data, whether information for the purchase of products or services offered by professional or business partners or any other reason, it will be your sole responsibility to notify them about the transfer of your personal data to the Controller. In any case, Decker will treat such information based on the provisions of the Law and this Privacy Notice and, also, in our capacity as Responsible Party and in compliance with the provisions of the Law, we will make available to such third parties this Privacy Policy in the first contact we have with them.
It is made of your knowledge that Decker does not work with agents, commission agents, or other similar figures, so any data you provide to any third party posing as such, will not be under the responsibility of Decker and, therefore, you as the “Data Holder”, will be solely responsible for the information and personal data you share and the treatment given to them under such assumptions.

In compliance with the provisions of Chapter III and IV of the LFPDPPP and in order to protect the personal data of our customers, we provide the following email info@decker.com, through which the Owners of personal data may limit the use or disclosure of their personal data, as well as deny or revoke the authorization for processing, by exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (the “ARCO Rights”) provided in the aforementioned legal system.

Decker will communicate, within a maximum period of twenty working days from the date on which we receive the corresponding request, the decision taken. If the request is accepted, it will be effective within fifteen working days from the date on which the Responsible Party communicates the response.
In case the information provided in your request is erroneous or insufficient, or the necessary documents to prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation, or any other that is necessary to exercise your rights are not accompanied; within five working days following the receipt of your request, we will require the correction of the deficiencies in order to process it. In these cases, you will have ten business days to respond to the request for correction, counted from the day after you have received it.
The corresponding request will be deemed not to have been filed if you do not respond within said period.
Remember that in case of dissatisfaction or non-compliance on our part, you may go to the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) to request the initiation of the procedure for the protection of rights.
Notwithstanding the above, Decker may refuse or deny a request to access to Personal Data or rectification, cancellation or opposition to its processing, in the following cases:
- When the applicant is not the owner, or the legal representative is not accredited to do so;
- When the Personal Data of the applicant is not found in the Decker’s database;
- When the rights of a third party are violated;
- When there is a legal impediment or resolution of an authority; and/or
- When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made, so that the request lacks substance.

At any time, you may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, provided that such revocation is legitimate and does not make it impossible to fulfill obligations arising from a contractual relationship in force between Decker and you, or is not possible under a legal or judicial mandate.
